Take Me Out To The Ball Game!

                 Residents and Staff want to extend a special thanks to Ken Joseph and his staff from EMT Ambulette Service.   EMT donated their time and vans to us and made this a wonderful trip for so many people.

                 Residents, BHCC Staff and EMT Staff went to a Pittsburgh Pirates ballgame June 20th.  There were 30 of us altogether and we truly had a great time at PNC Park.  Residents enjoyed the all American baseball snacks like hotdogs, popcorn and even a few of us enjoyed Pittsburgh’s famous sandwiches from the Primanti Bros. stand inside the park.  Everyone who attended the Pirates game received a jersey shirt and since it was Father’s Day, all of our fathers received a cooler bag also. Although we had 90* temperatures, we stayed nice and cool from the breeze that was blowing under the decking.

                 We had such a great time.  We have so many outings planned for the months ahead and we’re looking forward to sharing the news and excitement with all of our readers.
