                 Some of the days in July were just absolutely  sweltering, so we had a few ideas to bring the outdoors inside. 

             Residents really enjoyed taking their turns pitching cornhole with each other.

             Using a little imagination to escape the heat, we ended up   having a great time doing a lot of other entertaining activities inside.

Text Box: 	Residents have been busy this past month snapping several bushels of green beans and we’ve also shucked some corn for corn on the cob.  Dietary has been ordering fresh produce from the farmers market so we’ve had a nice variety of fresh veggies this summer.  Activities have assisted the residents in cutting up vegetable plates to snack on in the afternoon.  Several of the staff have brought in garden products to share with the residents, they love fresh         Text Box: Celebrating 104 Years!
Text Box: 	Marie Burkhart turned 104 years young August 27th.  She       celebrated her birthday with her family on Saturday the 27th with a party, cake and decorations.                                              	Happy Birthday Marie !!!
Text Box: 	Our Hill Top Red Hatters got all gussied up for an evening of  Turnover with the girls.  Our Red Hat group is still going strong and they really enjoy their time together.
